Rules Wizard & Activesync

I have been using my Rules Wizard to move emails to
particular folders on arrival. Recently, I installed
Microsoft Activesync 3.7 for my new smartphone. A couple
of days later I went into Outlook to make a new rule on
the Rules Wizard and it was gone from the menu and so was
the Inbox Assistant. My rules still work, but I can't
make any new ones. Any suggestions on how to get them
back?
