Rules Wizard - Creates Duplicate Messages

I have just set up a bunch of rules in Outlook 2002. Most of the rules work
fine, there are only a few that don't. I have 2 rules that check different
critera. If an e-mail comes in that meets both of these rules, the wizard
ends up putting a copy of the e-mail into 2 different folders I set up.

I have placed the rules in the order that I want them to check the e-mails
and both say to move the message, not copy it. Even if the e-mail is caught
by the first rule and the last rule out of 20, I get 2 copies of the
message. I thought that if the first rule caught the e-mail it would move
it and no others would look at it. But this is not happening. Anyone have
any idea of why this is happening???

Thanks,
Z

Happens to me also. Seems that even though the order is set up it still
scans through all of them.

You need to select the last option as well. Something like "Stop processing
more rules". Then it stops and moves to the next message.

I don't see this option anywhere. Where is it located. I thought this
happened automatically...
