Rules Wizard - Exceptions for multiple domains

I am trying to write a rule in Rules Wizard (Outlook 2000) to move
suspected junk mail into a separate directory. I want to grant
automatic exceptions to certain senders. I am fine when I know their
addresses individually but I also want to exempt some entire domains
and cannot find a good way to do that. I can do the first one by
looking for the domain name in the sender's address but I cannot add a
second domain because the rule ends up looking for BOTH domains to
exist in each sender's address. Is there any good way to create
exemptions for multiple domains?
