rules wizard - how can I use to set up autoreply and how can I rep

I recieve email leads from a service that masks the email address and uses
thier own. I have set up a rule replying, from them, with a form, putting it
in a file, and forwarding it to someone else. It seems it only forwads it
and does not reply. i removed that portion of the rule and it will not go
through a list of multiple emails and reply. I have marked as unread and
tried it that way to no avial. I've also tried responding to emails in a
subfolder marked within a timeframe and it only replies to one and quits.
Any ideas?
