Rules Wizard: move message based on "to:"

Back in the days of Outook 2000 Rules Wizard could set up a rule based on
who a particular message was sent to. Now I've stepped into the future with
Outlook 2002 (lol) and Rules Wizard appears to have changed. Now I can only
filter based on content in the subject or body.

Let's say my old email address, (e-mail address removed) is now being forwarded
at isp level to my new email address. I want to move those emails to a
separate folder so I can trap them and advise senders of my change in email
address.

Is this possible in Outlook 2002?
