Rules Wizard Only Forwards First E-mail in Thread

I have set up a rule in Outlook 2002 to forward every e-mail to another one of my e-mail accounts. It sends the first e-mail in a thread but never sends any follow-up e-mails in the thread. I'm doing this so that my Blackberry gets e-mails immediately when Outlook is open, rather than when it checks with the server. Any ideas?
