I am trying to set up a rule where cc's to me go into a folder so that I can read these at a later date. The rule is as follows:
Apply this rule after the message arrives where my name is in the cc box and where my name is not in the To box and from "from name" move it to the Folder1.
However, ALL e-mails from this person are going into the folder, cc's and TO's. I only have 3 rules, and none of them are related, so I don't think I am overlapping any rules.
Am I stating this wrong? I have tried revising it several different ways, but anyway I have arranged it, all the e-mail goes in the folder. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Windows 2000 Professional.
