I've reviewed the discussion group, and this appears to be yet another
one of those strange occurences.
I'm trying to set up a rule which will automatically recognise an
individual when they send email on behalf of another.
I can get the rule to recognise the user when I run is manually, "run
now" option, but when it runs automatically it never captures the
message. Strange.
I suspect it has something to do with it being a server rule being run
manualy as opposed to by the server. Remember the To address line is
not straight forward, having one email address, followed by "on behalf
of" and another email address.
When I copied it, semicolones appear (when I tried to use "words in
the senders address" to recognise the message.
Can any one advise how I can get the system to automatically recognise
these email messages sent by a particular user?
We are using Exchange 2003, Win NT with Outlook 2000.
Thanks
