rules wizard response problem

I receive inquiries for vacation rental properties from various we
advertising sites, for example www.vrbo.com ; I have created variou
templates that auto respond depending upon the particular infor in th
subject line. Here is the problem.
The sendor on these incoming inquiry emails is "(e-mail address removed)".
When I manually reply by hitting the reply button, outlook inserts th
actual e-mail address of the inquiror, say "(e-mail address removed)", which i
exactly what i want. However, when i using "rules" and automaticall
responding using a specific template, the reply is sent t
"(e-mail address removed)" rather than "(e-mail address removed)". Is there a workaroun
to this? Do i need a custom action that essentially replicates m
manually opening and replying action? If so, where do i look?

Thanks Gary

The autoreply uses the From field, not the reply to field. You'll need a
script or custom action - I'm not aware of any custom actions for this, so
you'd need to write your own (using C+++). I'm not aware of a script that
will do this but they are easier to write.

Hi Gary,

You can use Auto Reply Manager, which is an add-in for Outlook.
Using it, you can set to reply to Sender, only to CC, to all, to
original address from message Body, to forward or to redirect.
It has a lot of features which you will find useful.
I have been using it for quite some time without having any problems.
You can find it at www.emailaddressmanager.com

Regards,
Andrei
