Rules Wizard - To vs Recipient

I want to assign all internal emails to a category automatically. I did this
including "all emails with specific words in sender's address" and "all
emails with specific words in recipients address".

Unfortunately, it looks in the cc field too for recipients. I just want it
to look in the "to" field. Otherwise, if a coworker send an email to the
customer and cc's me, the wizard will mark it as internal.

I noticed that there are a couple "to" rules, but not one for "to" and
"specific words". How can I do this?
