Rules Wizard...Where Does It Store Rules?

Greetings!

I have Outlook97 with the Rules Wizard Add-In. I dual-boot my machine
between WinNT and WinME. When I do that, I lose any rules I made for one OS
while using the other OS. My questions is where does the Rules Wizard store
the rules and how do I back them up and import them back into Outlook?
