I set up Rules wizard to:
"Move" message based on content
With specfic words in Subject or body.
I add three words one at a time.
I get a"or statement" for each word.
My next step is to move the email to a specified folder.
I made up a folder and called it TRASH
I don't add any exception to the rull.
My last step is to name the rull.
When I run the rull it works good. the orginial message
goes to the required address folder and the rull makes a
copy of that Email and moves it to the TRASH folder.
I'm confussed, why does rulls make a copy of the Email
should it just "MOVE" the Email to the TRASH folder and
not make a copy of it.
What am I doing wrong???
