Rules Wizard

My rules wizard will no longer display. I select under
tools and the hourglass flashs but the rules wizard does
not display. It use to work fine.

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to use the Rules Wizard in Outlook by using Tools,
Organize, or by selecting Rules Wizard from the Tools menu, the choice is
not available.
CAUSE
The Rules Wizard Extension has not been added, or the Rules Wizard Add-In is
not selected.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, add or activate the Rules Wizard by going to
the Tools menu, clicking Options, clicking Other, and then clicking the Add-
In Manager button.
