Rules Wizards on Outlook

Dear All,

I have 2 account in outlook, first as default is company
email and the second is the private email account.
I made a rule on my private account, all sent email
through my private account I " move a copy to specific
folder". After I try to send an email with my private
account, I received 2 email : first the original message
from private account and second copy message from company
account.

Since my company account is as a default, it was sent out
through default account.

My question :
1. I don't want company to monitor my private account. So
by using this rule, if the mail I sent thru private
account will be sent out again using company account
(default account)? Because all mails coming or sent out
thru company account will be monitored.

Then you shouldn't be using company assets to send/receive private mail. If
you read your employment agreement and/or company Email policy, you may just
find out that doing so is forbidden.
