Rules working in the Junk folder, but not in the InBox folder?

Hello All,

I exported some rules and re-imported them, and now they are Goofy?!

They some times work on messages coming into the Inbox, not all
messages get affected by the rules that affect them, but some do.

The rules are working 100% for the Junk folder?

I checked the rules, and some had issues after the importation, but I
fixed them. It was issues dealing with where the folder would be, so I
had to point back to the folder that the message needs to go to.

I tried running the rules manually, and they all worked. All messages
affected were treated properly.

When I observe messages coming into the Inbox, I used to see the
message flag get set very shortly after the message is reflected in
the Inbox.

Now the message does not get falgged, and the flag remains unset
(White), and when I run the rules manually they get set to whatever
assigned color.

When I observed the Junk folder, the rules are working, messages get
the right colored flag 100% of the time, in the Junk folder?


Any ideas how to fix this problem and make the rules work all the time
in all the folders?
