Is their any way you can set up rules to move a message to a folder after you read it?
Example if i have a folder X and i get an e-mail to the inbox from Mr. X i want it to move to that folder after i read it.

I don't think you can do it after you read a message. I believe the only options you have are "When the message arrives" and "After you send messages". You can set it up so that Mr. X has his own folder and when an e-mail arrives it'll go and sit in there. You'll be able to see that you have unread e-mail in Mr. X's folder and then go and read it.

Certainly. Use the "Run Now" option and manually run your rules. Of
course, dragging the message to the appropriate folder is no more difficult.
