Rules will only work automatically on the Inbox. AFAIK...
You can certainly set up a rule to do what you want, but you will have to
apply it manually.

Hi,

I have been using an add-in for Outlook called Auto Reply Manager,
which can automatically reply with a desired message, automatically
forward emails and many other features which i think you will find
useful.
You can find it at www.emailaddressmanager.com

Regards,
Andrei

You can set up a rule to forward mail in a particular folder to another
email address, but it won't happen automatically. You will need to go into
Rules and Alerts and manually start the rule.
