I wana create a message rule who can mark all of my
message read on one specific folder on Outlook 2000.

Automatic rules fire only upon message reception and transmission.
Therefore, if you have a folder other than the Inbox containing unread
messages, either create a rule that applies to all messages with "mark it as
read" as the only action and run it manually on that folder, or just open
that folder and click Edit>Mark All As Read.

i receive a lot of message in this folder and i don't

need to read theme.Can i have an automatic action for mark
theme as read ?

The only place you can receive mail is the Inbox. If you have a rule that
moves messages from the Inbox to that folder, use that rule to include the
"mark it as read" action.

On my rules, i don't have this option. where can i find this option ?

You're right. I went to an Outlook 2000 machine and don't see this action
either. I though sure I had used it when I used Outlook 2000, but I guess
not. Sorry for the misdirection.
