ruller bar

I am having difficulty with measuring the width and heigth of cells. I can't
figure out the formula if I want to set the height to .5 inch and the
width to 1.5 inch. Under View, Ruller bar is checked but greyed out. I can't
get any ruller bar (horizontal or vertical) to come up. I am stumped???

Any held would be appreciated

To see the ruler, you have to be in Page Layout view Or Page Break Priview
view.

Yes, it is. It shows you exactly how the spreadsheets will print, like print
preview. You can work entirely in Page Layout View.

All he has to do is say, remove the capitalised letters from the address.
Not remove the caps. I removed the caps from his address and made it lower
case as per his instructions
