Run .pps when computer is locked

I am using Windows XP in my office and the technology department have
set some kind of security policy that if I am not around for more than
5 minutes, the computer automatically gets locked and I have to unlock
by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE keys.

Is there any way to run a powerpoint slide show after the computer gets
locked automatically. I don't want to see that ridiculous screen that
says, the computer is in use and is locked.

I remember of looking a particular screensaver kind of a thing which
looks like an animated dish antenna (not sure if it is a screensaver)
which keeps running if the computer is locked.

Can you shed some light on it? I do not get that when the computer is
locked but few machines I saw had that option.
