"Run Rules" freezes (under Updates tab for PM)

Hi guys,

I wanted to add a rule (under Updates tab) which would automatically
accept Task Creations from my team members.

But whenever there is a new task created by a member waiting for my
approval and I push this button, the page goes blank and the browser
literally freezes. Oh, ya, and I haven't forgot to check the rule as
"enabled".

Has any one had this kind of experience? Could you throw some tips my
way please?

I would suggest you try updating project professiona with latest service
pack.

I belive that will address your issue.

Ok, here is what was wrong... my Project Pro had problem connecting to
the Proj Server and you know how when you Run the rules from PWA, your
Project Pro is openned to modify things... well that's why, it
couldn't finish it's job. But thanks to my friend for trying to help.
I had the SP installed, otherwise, it probably could have been the
cause.
