Run Time Error '1004'

I am trying to create a checkbox that is activated by double clicking
validated cells on my worksheet. I have added the following code to sheet
one, and am getting a runtime error when I double click a validated cell.

The Error states: method 'OLEObjects' of object '_worksheet' failed
