Run-time error 13 - Type mismatch

I get the run-time error everytime I close a document in
Word 2002, otherwise everything works fine. I saw the
responses to others that have similar problems and tried
the "fixes". I have disabled the Norton office plug-in,
use Acrobat 5.0.5 and run Winfax 5.1 so they don't seem
to be the problem as Suzanne Barnhill kindly suggested (1-
20-04, 9:51pm). Any other ideas would be greatly
appreciated!

I you are using WinFax and Acrobat, then you should know they are two other
common causes of conflicts. I assume you mean that the versions you're using
are the "fixed" ones? Do you have any other add-ins? See

Thank you Suzanne for the invaluable help!! The solution
was in the Adobe add-in as you suggested, so I downloaded
Adobe Reader 6.0 (which I didn't know was available)from
Adobe's website to my desktop, removed all previous
readers, including 5.0.5, through control panel/add or
remove programs, installed the 6.0 version and all my
problems cleared right up! Hope my simple explanantion
will help others with similar issues as well.
