Run time error and termination on start up of outlook

I am operating Windows X, home edition. My problem with Outlook 2002: For
the past 1-2 months, almost everytime I try to open Outlook, I get the error
message: "Runtime Error! Program:
C:\Program~\MicroSoft\Office10|outlook.exe. Abnormal program termination."

After I click on the "OK" button inside the error message box, Outlook
terminates. Then I click on Outlook and it opens OK.

Do you have ICQ installed?
For me ICQ outlk.dll was the reason of this message.
