When ever I click on the "See Also" field in the Excel help screen I receive
the error message: "A run time error has occured. Do you wish to debug?"

Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
If I click on Yes I get another box with the same information except it has
a URL:

This box also says "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?"
If I click yes the box clears but I still can not use the "See Also" because
it just loops back through the same error.
I'm running Excel 2002 (10.6809.6811) SP3 and I'm set to automatacally
update. I ran a manual check for updates and it reported I was up to date.
What can I do to fix this problem?
