Run time error when starting visio

I get the message
Run Time Error -2147024770 (80000)
Application error the specified module could not be found.

whenever I start visio. What happened?

Off the top of my head, this sounds like an install issue. Have you tried
Repair yet? Might be a missing or corrupted executable file.
