run time error

Whenever I open Ootlook I get a runtime error on line
524, class not registered. I would like to get rid of
this.

Also, my start menu no longer shows the outlook logo at
the top, but has an envelope open icon and when I click
it, I get the Outlook preferences box and it doesn't open
Outlook. I would like to get back to the previous
condition or elimiate Outlook from the top section of the
start menu.
