run time error

When i launch Visio i get a C++ runtime library error
message and the program terminates. I've already:

1. deinstalled and re-installed visio
2. done the windows repair thing
3. done the office repair thing
4. deinstalled and reinstalled visual studio


Any thoughts, suggestions ????
