I have a user on Office 2000 with O/S Win Xp that is having a problem with mail merge throwing a runtime error out. Once she has rebooted it works just fine. She has also hadditional errors of "Cannot decript file". Does anyone have idea what could be causing this and how to overcome it - other than the reboot option.
