Run time errors

Gee Grant...

There is nothing worse than intermittent problems.

As you have your ap running smoothly at other sites, then
follow these thoughts...

If it is just one computer, the thing probably needs a
reformat, and reinstall of all software.

If there is more than one, then it is site specific. So
what is common? Well, whoever built one of the systems
probably built all with the problem.

Were the systems upgraded from like W98 or ME to W2k? Did
an old hardware driver get left in? W98 drivers can, and
do, sometimes intermittently work on W2k. W98 sound
drivers, video drivers, printer drivers, and motherboard
drivers left on the system typically do not do well on
W2k. If the systems were formatted and W2k installed
afresh, the same guy still could have snuck in a down-
level driver or two.

Intermittent problems, typically revolve around
some "Object?" missing an interrupt or two, or managing
memory poorly. Sometimes they crash, sometimes the pass
the trash, or shoot someone else in the foot.

Good luck - wish I could offer more, but I leave soon for
vacation !!!
