Rundll error when first config outlook2003 caching mode

Hi there,

outlook2003sp1 running on wxpsp2

when we config outlook profile for exchange caching mode, at the screen
'exchange proxy settings' after we type the https url, change the proxy
settings to basic authen, click ok, then the system prompted rundll error
"An exceptin occurred while trying to run
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
"C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\System\MSMAPI\1033\MLCFG32.CPL",@0"

We delete the profile & create a new profile, didn't help.

This is the first time we hit such problem & the rest of same make/model
computer didn't have such problem. Wondering what's wrong with it & how to
fix it?

Does this also occur when you logon to the machine as a different user?
What is logged to the EventViewer?
