Hi,
(Using Office XP Pro SP3 on a windows XP Pro box.)
I have a few macros storred in my Word 2002 normal.dot template that I
occasionally run when replying to email through Outlook 2002. Up
until I downloaded and installed some Office XP updates last week,
there had never been a problem, but now after running a macro in an
Outlook message reply window, the send button becomes disabled leaving
me unable to send the message.
I have tried various other macros which perform different functions,
and all of them have the same effect on the send button, so I doubt it
is anything specific to the VBA used in the macro. They're mostly
repetitive search and replace stuff.
The following Office XP Updates were installed on 10/18 - the day this
error began occurring:
{032B93E8-D9A1-48D2-AA51-DO57ABBA9E52}
Security Update KB873379
{F9AFD6DB-1498-4306-99C7-SEE446B39023}
{DA256408-A2E7-41A5-8AD6-62ACB86A0FD7}
{106E7A1C-22DA-42D7-8E74-37772A9C89FB}
I don't know if those Update IDs even mean anything, but it sure seems
like one or more of them is the culprit.
Anyone else aware of this problem, and more importantly, do you know
how I might fix it?
Thanks,
Jim
