Running Access 2000 database with Office 97 on W XP.

Would appreciate guidance on how to run an Access 2000
database on a PC running Windows XP/Office 97 (Access 97).
Does it have to be redeveloped in Access 97, or can it be
converted to a runtime? The application dynamically
attaches tables, which I'm not sure you can do with a
runtime version.
