....Occurs directly below....
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks _
:=False, Transpose:=False

I get...
"Do you want to replace the contents of the destination cells?"

What causes this, & how can it be turned OFF?
