Running audio files using Access

Can Microsoft Access 97 open and run audio files from a given location e.g.
when a database or form within the database opens? Specifically, I am trying
to run an audio file that is currently zipped using WinZip.

You'll have to unzip it to play it. Here's one method using an embedded
