I put a shortcut to Outlook 2003 in each users startup folder. I set the
properties to run minimized. It works for all my users except one. No
matter what I do I can't seem to get it to run minimized for this user. I
can make it run maximized but it won run minimized. It just opens as normal
when it is set to minimize. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
