Running Powerpoint in a browser window

If I understand correctly I think you are using the "set
up show" option to "View in a window". Change this option
to "Browsed at a kiosk (full screen) and this will solve
both problems.
From your postings I assume that there are action buttons
to move between screens/select options etc.
