How do I run powerpoint automatically in Netscape, Without having to run powerpoint itself or a powerpoint viewer? When I ftp all the files created by poewrpoint into a web page, for some reason the presentation is not found. When I preview it from powerpoint and it runs in netscape or IE the presentation loads correctly. How can I remedy this problem online? Thank you

You'll need to link to the main page of the presentation from one of your
pages on the website. PowerPoint created one file named yourpressie.htm
plus a folder of files. You need to link to yourpressie.htm.

I've tried linking the .htm file created by powerpoint to my website but it is not viewable. It only lets me view the .ppt file

You shouldn't have uploaded your .PPT file. You upload the generated HTML
file and folder. If you presentation's name is "Test", then PowerPoint
created a folder named Test>files and a file named Test.htm. Both of those
must be uploaded to your website and resident there. The physical folder
must be moved, not just the contents of the folder. The folder name is part
of the addressing.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found out that powerpoint converted files in
lower and upper case inconsistently, also causing the html files to have
inconsistent file names. I then had to rename everything in lowercase and
make sure all html files had the same file names in upper or lowercase.
