Running programs with higher permissions

Is it possible to deny a user from logging into a PC, but still use that
account with runas to give them higher permissions for a single program?

Don't know. This is a Microsoft Access (the database application) newsgroup
to help follks set up the built-in user-level security that is part of
Microsoft Access.

You might try asking in a Windows group.
