Running Recalculate (F9) in Excel from Access

I am exporting some data from Access to Excel using a Template Spreadsheet
with formulas and charts. Due to the size of the spreadsheets my client uses,
the automatic calculate option is OFF.

Every time I export a report, I need to open the it and press F9. How can I
force the Excel to calculate the formulas?
