My report will not allow me to add conditional formatting to a Services Total
field that is set to Running Sum Over Group. If I set Running Sum to No then
the conditional format will work but total in the Services Total field is not
correct for some employees. Some employees work in more than 1 Program and
the Services Total field needs to add them them together to give a grand
total for all services that the employee worked. For these employees,
instead of giving the grand total for all programs the value given is the
same as the last program displayed on the report.
Example:
Name Program Hours Services Total
Adams P 5 5
Cannon P 5
Cannon W 10 10
I tried setting Running Sum to Over Group for the Services Total field but
the conditional formatting would not work and I would get a #Name? error for
each Services Total field. How can I add the programs together and still
make the conditional formatting work? I want it to highlight the value in
this field if the total is over 80.
