I can't open a utility bill or newsletter or download anything. I went to
tools, options, and looked for Security to uncheck block imagtes and other
HTML, but I don't have a Security option. Any ideas on what I've done to get
Outlook into this phase all of a sudden. It's been working for 6 months. Is
it a Vista issue?
