Runtime Engine Question

Can someone who does not have Access installed run a database with the
runtime engine?

If you are asking about the runtime version of Access, yes, a user can
execute an application, but cannot make any changes to the database objects.

Pretty much what it's for.

I always hesitate to say that they "don't have Access installed"
when they have the runtime. The surely *do* have it installed, but
it's running in a mode that does not allow interactive editing of
MDBs. It's certainly full Access, just without the license to do
certain things.
