I have fixed this problem on a couple of PCs by unregistering and
registering concerned dlls or ocxs. One needs to find out the point at
which the application crashes with that error. If you could figure
that out, the following steps would help.
1. Make sure you unregister and register one file at a time and test
it out. This way, you would know what file caused the problem.
2.Pls be sure that these files are in the required (correct)
directory. Not all the dlls/ocxs must be in system32.
