Runtime error 3021

We have a client who is trying to import and excel worksheet into MS Access.
They imported one that is almost identical except for different Acct numbers
and it worked fine. When they try to import the 2nd one they get a Runtime
error 3021. It states "No current record".

Does anyone know why this might happen?
