Runtime error 458 occures when "ProjectBeforeTaskChange" fires

Hi,
I've copied a piece of VBA code from Project 2003 to Project 2007, and it's
giving me hard time.
Whenever the project is saved first time (by user or code) the
"ProjectBeforeTaskChange" even pops-up and breaks with a runtime 458 error.
It stops for the "deliverabe GUID" field change (also i havn't changed it).

Anyone met with this issue?
