Runtime Error -- debug

On certain websites when I try clicking on buttons/menus -
- I receive an Error message stating a "run time error;"
I get several of them with different numbers when I click
no if I don't wish to debug.

Is there a way to automatically debug so I don't have to
do it individually?

what about
Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options... > Advanced
check "Disable script debugging"
uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
?
