runtime error microsoft visual c++ runtime library, abnormal pro

I was almost done creating word document. I receive runtime errormessage.it
says: microsoft visual C+++ runtime library. abnormal program
Program C:\Program files\microsoft office\office 10\winword.exe

word recovers document yet I am unable to save it. the error message keeps
coming up.

Is this just that one document or any document you try to save?
