Runtime Error on startup

I get a visual C++ runtime error on stating Outlook 2002
under XP.

After I close the warning box and restart Outlook it
works fine.

Only happens the first time I start Outlook. I have all
latest SP and patches. Amy ideas ??

I'm getting the same error. It started only after I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2004, which includes Norton AntiSpam. I think Norton AntiSpam is the problem. It's an Outlook Add-In. I've tried removing it. But it keeps re-appearing. So far, no luck. This error keeps coming up when I open a new Outlook profile for the first time
