runtime error outlook

I have two users, running winxp , one user always used
Outlook 2002 from office xp for e-mail. I recently
added Outlook to the second user. When switching users
and then running Outlook, I always get a "Runtime error",
and Outlook will not run, but if I run it again, it works
fine. I ran the "repair office" after renaming
Outlwvw.dll as suggested in the knowledge base, but it
still does it.
